I’ve been teaching fitness classes for almost 25 years. During that time, I have taught many different formats, worked in university and corporate wellness and trained instructors both nationally and internationally. About 15 years ago, I began transitioning to mind/body classes such as Pilates and yoga. I love how yoga incorporates strength, core work and flexibility. I also find it to be a wonderful complement for the other fitness activities we do. Yoga helps nurture our mind and spirit along with our body, helping us to “LiveFIT” and live well.
My goal as a yoga instructor is to help my students find health and healing through yoga and other mind/body practices. I enjoy tailoring my classes to meet the needs of my students and relieving the symptoms they’re experiencing.
