I have a passion for fitness and helping people reach their full potential. That passion comes from being a former teacher and having the ability to work with children. I’ve always participated in organized sports and have recognized the importance of health and fitness throughout this journey.
My own training has taken me through competitive cross country, basketball and, most successfully, in track and field as a member of the BGSU women’s track and field team. Beyond college, I’ve had my own personal experience battling weight issues, only finding success through proper nutrition, exercise, discipline and patience. I have learned that to “LiveFIT” is the only way to maintain my personal fitness goals.
