Brad Bodnar

I became passionate about fitness nearly 20 years ago, initially through distance running and eventually weightlifting.  A few years back I was introduced to boot camp and High Intensity Interval Training style classes, both of which I loved.  Fitness quickly evolved into my primary interest as I researched exercise techniques and programs including how to best approach nutritional needs and dietary goals.  My focus is to optimize clients’ individualized strengths in physical development through positive mentality and educational support.  Enjoy your health!
