My Fitness Philosophy
Every body can find some sort of fitness activity that works for them. We’re all so different and unique that it’s silly to think there’s just one prescription for fitness.
In yoga, we work with everyone’s limitations and capabilities to help them function more effectively. And yoga still includes strength training. It’s just engaging the body differently — new ways to strengthen and tone. It’s a beautiful complement to other workouts you do.
