AREAS OF SPECIALTY
I enjoy working with those who are new to exercise or returning to exercise ofter time off. I like working with moms and older clients, helping them find health, fight aging and stay fit through strength training and yoga. Bringing balance to their lives knowing that physical health is necessary for mental health.
MY FITNESS PHILOSOPHY
I want to help clients feel strong and confident both mentally and physically. My hope is for clients to both enjoy and be challenged by their workouts, by pushing them to do more than they thought they could do. I want them to want workouts, and to incorporate them regularly as a part of their healthy lifestyle.
