Personal Training 1-on-1

Work 1-on-1 with one of our experienced, certified personal trainers in a private setting to establish a customized fitness program designed specifically for your needs.

Personal Training 1-on-2

Work out with a friend along with one of our certified personal trainers and receive the same personal attention at a lower cost.

Small Group Personal Training

Our small group personal training is designed for 3 or more people. This is an excellent opportunity to work out with friends and help keep you accountable. There really is strength in numbers!

Accelerator Training

With 30 minutes of high-intensity cardio and resistance training working with another person, this high intensity interval training (HIIT) is designed to give you the maximum benefit in a short amount of time! This training will be facilitated by one of our experienced certified personal trainers.

Small Group Classes

Combine the benefits of small groups and personal training — then add in the extra motivation and competitive fun of group exercise. From bootcamp and strength training to strength circuit and more, our variety of small group classes can help you reach a number of health goals while you enjoy some social interaction.

Yoga
